"I joined Georgina's fitness class 6 months after having a baby, having been recommended to her by a friend. I wanted to lose the weight I put on during my pregnancy but was nervous about going to a gym because I hadn't exercised for a long time. I'm really glad I went along as the classes have been fantastic and I'm already seeing positive results. The exercises are fun and varied so it doesn't get boring and although I work hard, I also enjoy myself which motivates me to keep coming back".
"I hate exercise, but needed to get fit and tone up for my holiday. A friend recommended I try aerob-a-tone and I actually enjoyed it!! The classes change every 6 weeks and focus on different parts of the body so you never get bored. I love the circuits which are so much fun and you forget you're exercising!! I can see the difference in my thighs and I have to say that I feel better and have more energy now. It's definately something I will continue with even after my holiday".
